Who we are

ThreadCite (“we,” “us”) provides Reddit rank tracking and share-of-voice analytics. This policy explains what we collect and why. Questions? Reach me on X at @v4nd1t.

Information we collect

Account information: your email address, provided through our authentication provider when you sign in.

Workspace data: the projects, keywords, and competitor terms you create, and the snapshots we generate from public Reddit and Google data on your behalf.

Usage data: standard logs (pages requested, timestamps) used to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

To run the product: track rankings, compute share of voice, send alerts, and bill paid plans.

To secure the service and prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal data.

Reddit and your account

ThreadCite only reads publicly available Reddit threads through search. We never connect to, authenticate, or post from your Reddit account. There is no OAuth and no API access to your account.

Third-party processors

We use a small number of vetted processors to operate ThreadCite: an authentication provider (sign-in), a payments provider (subscriptions), and cloud hosting and database services. Each processes data only to deliver their function.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Retention and your rights

We keep your data while your account is active. Delete a project or your account and the associated data is removed. To request access to or deletion of your data, message me on X at @v4nd1t.
